Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Your order will be shipped within 2-5 days from the time it is placed. We ship Monday to Friday between the hours of 1pm-8pm (GMT +8), with the exception of Public holidays.

Please Note:
Once packages are scanned in by the mail carrier, they are no longer in our hands. We cannot assume responsibility for packages that are damaged, stolen, or lost in transit. If you need assistance in locating your package, please reach out to your local postmaster.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

International customers (outside Singapore) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country’s custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.

Please note, Voyage Jewellery is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. If you wish to modify the shipping address after you have placed the order, it is important for you to notify us as soon as possible, via email at query.voyage@gmail.com. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
